A failed passport photo attempt.  We had a heck of a time getting Katie's passport photo. They have to be a head shot with eyes open on a neutral white background.  Karen took this shot which was the best one taken up to this point. Usually, the flash caused Katie to close her eyes. Here the eyes are open but the top of the head was cut off making the photo unuseable. Good enough for a beautiful baby's blog though.  Taken at home before heading to daycare.  Incirlik Air Base, Turkey, 06:30 AM:
