Doing her 3rd World squat inside our house before leaving the first home she ever had. This was the day we moved out of our Incirlik home. Incirlik Air Base, Turkey, 1:15 PM:

Katie's former nursery now completely empty except for the sea creatures stuck to the doors. Every morning Katie woke up and pointed at these gifts from Alicia Edwards and declared they were "Apo!" Dad would say "No...Octopus." Katie would correct me "APO!"
